Regarding conventional tank
water heaters, gas-fired units are more efficient than the electric
units, however you should purchase a tank that is large enough to accommodate
the busiest time of your day without running out of hot water.
Most residential water heaters hold anywhere from 20 - 80 gallons and larger tanks can be ordered.
Conventional storage tanks are the most common water heaters in the country today, but
they're not your
only option (or necessarily the best option for you).

electric hot water heaters. Demand tankless water heaters will perform better if you install
low-flow faucets and showerheads, but it is all about conserving energy
right? These units are great for the
environment, but even better for the wallet!
